The Internet Protocol  is the method  by which the information  is sent from one computer to another in the internet. Each computer  on the Internet has at least one internet protocol adress that identifies it from other computers.

When you send or receive information the message gets divided into  packets. Each of these contains the  sender's Internet address and the receiver's address. Any of these packts  is sent first to a computer that is a small part of the internet. this computer  reads the information and sends it to other os these computers and so on across the Internet until one computer  recognize the information  as belonging . that computer then sents the information to the domain adress.
